They are produced with efficient materials for an outstanding durability.
Therefore, shaped tooling components like combs and cores are made of tungsten carbide, frames and adjustable brakes are made of high-alloy chromium steel or stainless steel, various types of bridges are made of treated steel, hard-coated with chrome and provided with optional tungsten carbide bushings to protect the core rods.
