General conditions of use of the site and the services offered
The user information collected via the www.groupe-bmi.com website (hereinafter referred to as “the site”) such as, in particular, the URL of the links through which the user accessed the BMI site, the access provider of the user, the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the user, the contact details and the name of the user, etc., are intended to be processed by BMI, the data controller, for the purposes of browsing the site, for any request for information, and, where applicable, for the delivery of certain BMI services. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of BMI in the management of its relations with customers and prospects.

The data is only communicated internally within the BMI customer service, marketing/commerce service and communication departments.
