Nickel powders

BMI® powders are produced by gas atomization, which produces grains with a spherical shape.

Depending on the grain size and chemical composition, our powders can be applied by oxyacetylene blow torch spraying or by high energy density processes, HVOF or plasma spraying as well as by PTA welding or laser.
